Business Analyst - Columbus, OH

Job Description:

Our client, a large regional provider of employee benefit administrative services is looking for a Jr / mid-level business analyst to help drive the continued growth and development of its healthcare administration applications, while meeting the needs of its customer base.


This role will occasionally interface directly with clients and various personnel, and thus require strong written and verbal communication skills.


Ø       2 yrs + SQL Script/stored procedure writing experience

Ø       2 yrs + SQL Job creation/maintenance experience

Ø       2 yrs + SQL data transformation package creation/maintenance experience

Ø       2 yrs + Crystal Report writing experience

Ø       2 yrs + Microsoft Access querying experience

Ø       Experience in working with Healthcare data preferable but not required




Ø       Ability to relate technical specifications to end users

Ø       Ability to translate end user requirements to programmer specifications



Minimum requirement BA / BS in related field
